Whether integrated into production lines, as a module for production islands or as a standalone work bench. All work benches are height adjustable, with electrical systems available on request.
The basic configuration (table design and table top) alone offers a range of 80 work bench variants. What’s more, these variants can be combined with Uprights, Overhangs and a whole range of innovative accessories.

The item linear motion unit® is the all-in-one, turnkey solution for your automation needs. A portfolio of Linear Units, Motors and Controllers offer the ideal basis for configuring a customised automation solution that is tailored to your requirements.
When working with the innovative configuration software item MotionDesigner®, users can formulate their transport task in as much detail as they like. item MotionDesigner® factors in the static, dynamic and thermal loads of all components and thus delivers the optimum solution from thousands of possible combinations. item MotionSoft® commissioning software and the intelligent item Controller measure the Linear Unit independently and thus calculate the optimum settings.

TPS makes it easier than ever to reach every part of a machine and work on various levels. Bridges, maintenance platforms for elevated sections of machinery and allround working platforms can all be built using the same system.
Faster: item fastening technology enables users to build stable stairways and systems without the need for additional welded seams or complex mitre cuts.
Higher: Customised stairways enable “access to all areas” with either convenient or space-saving designs. Four pitches are available – 30°, 38°, 45° and 60°. Safe and secure platforms can be used to create an additional working level.
Stronger: Stable guard-rails and numerous integrated safety functions make TPS a reliable partner. The strong build of the system means that stanchions can be installed at intervals of up to 1200 mm and platforms can cover an area as big as 36 m2. The additional use of the Line 8 groove opens up the entire MB Building Kit System as a source of potential add-ons, enabling users to combine working platforms with protective enclosures and doors, for example.

Clean lines on the outside, ingenious details on the inside – Line XMS meets all the requirements of modular series production. Fully compatible with the item MB Building Kit System, the XMS system has three key defining features:
- Line XMS produces load-bearing constructions with compartmentalised functional sections, making it incredibly easy to build modular, maintenance-friendly structures.
- Cables and hoses are safely routed through cable conduits that are integrated into the profiles. Everything is easily accessible but hidden from view.
- Profiles XMS have closed outer surfaces for ease of cleaning and seals that ensure doors close perfectly.
